Meetings are normally held at the Uniting Church Hall, (Cnr. Of Murray St and Memorial Avenue, Nuriootpa.)(from May 2005) on the third Tuesday of the month from February to November. Meeting times are normally from 7.30p.m. to 9.00p.m.
2009 Meetings
17 Feb from 6.30pm More details in Feb 2009 Prostate Supporter due out early Feb	Dinner Meeting. 6.30pm-7pm: Gather in the courtyard on the southern side of the Council Chambers. Use parking spaces on the Nuriootpa side of the building rather than those nearest the road. 7pm: Move to dining room. 7pm-8.15pm: Dinner. 8.15pm-9pm: Meeting and discussion. Group members are welcome to bring friends or acquaintances who have an interest in prostate cancer information and the support group, but it is essential that numbers are confirmed by February 3. 17 Mar 2pm	The meeting will be combined with afternoon tea. A small plate of food from everyone attending the meeting would be appreciated. June 16 2pm to 3.30pm	The Chairman of the Barossa Area Fundraisers for Cancer, Don Piro, will offer the group some ideas about cancer support, which may be relevant to the future of our group and will certainly provide material for discussion. Don, who is a cancer survivor himself, is an Individual, Relationship and Family Counsellor, and lives in Nuriootpa. A short illustrated talk by Robert Reimann about his camping experience at William Creek Station and flight over Lake Eyre will be an added attraction to the meeting.	Vine Inn Hotel, Nuriootpa

We are seeking men who have had treatment for prostate cancer and their partners to participate in a study

This study will explore the type of support services both men and their partners would benefit from during and after prostate cancer treatment
